At GLOBAL HITSS, I participated in 12 projects during my assignment to MetLife, coordinating up to three projects at a time and a team of six. I led QA activities from planning through release.

I coordinated end-to-end validations across more than 22 applications covering processes such as collections, commissions, accounting, quoting, and policy issuance. I also followed functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing with business users and technical teams.

At ACCSOFTWARE, I planned and documented test estimates, work plans, test cases, defects, and audit evidence. I analyzed requirements, participated in UAT, and validated data for Portal de Trabajadores, Micrositio, Creder, and Crédito Seguro.

At QUALTOP, I coordinated a four-person team as Líder Funcional de Testing, managing the test cycle and tracking progress and deliverables. Earlier there, I designed and executed test plans as a Junior Tester and supported project documentation and onsite technical support.
