What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my financial-crime investigation, KYC/AML remediation, risk-control, and investigator-coaching experience in a role focused on complex cases, stronger compliance controls, and scalable operational improvements.

At Revolut, I provide investigative oversight across 250–300 complex cross-border AML investigations and transaction-monitoring alerts each week across UK, US, and EEA operations.

I've progressed through five roles to Subject Matter Expert, authored 300+ SARs/UARs, and guide 60–70 investigators through complex cases, quality calibration, coaching, and knowledge management. I also onboarded 90+ analysts and improve SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and Confluence resources.

My work covers CDD, EDD, ODD, KYC/AML remediation, beneficial-ownership review, SOF/SOW verification, sanctions and World-Check screening, high-risk customer reviews, and risk-based investigations.

Previously at Flyhomes, I conducted KYC and due-diligence reviews while supporting US real-estate escrow settlements, reconciliations, customer-risk controls, and auditable records. I also bring operational-risk experience in RCSAs, control testing, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning.
