I support onboarding administration by collecting required documents, responding to joining-related queries, and following up on outstanding formalities. I keep electronic records organized and handle candidate, client, and business information with discretion.

I hold an MBA in Human Resources from Malla Reddy Institute of Management. At Alstreamtech, I support recruiters and team members with recruitment documentation, status reporting, and coordination across multiple open requirements.
