What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shape digital products where I can combine product discovery, workflow strategy, UX/UI design, and cross-functional delivery to solve complex operational and customer problems.

At Mahindra First Choice Wheels, I lead product discovery, workflow design, prototyping, and validation across automotive, financing, inspection, marketplace, and operational products. My work on the eDiig auction platform improved platform effectiveness by 60%, while Autoinspekt workflow changes reduced operational errors by 30%.

I turn research, stakeholder input, and ambiguous requirements into usable product flows. I designed KYC onboarding that increased completion by 20–25%, and validated an AI-enabled inspection workflow that reduced processing time from 15–30 minutes to under 10 minutes.

I also co-founded Jaiva Mithra Products, where I built the business model, go-to-market strategy, pricing, supply chain, and customer acquisition foundation. I combine hands-on UX/UI and visual design with product ownership, Scrum practices, and a focus on commercially viable, user-centered outcomes.
