I’m a detail-oriented, analytical professional focused on turning large datasets into accurate, decision-ready reports. In my roles, I’ve leveraged Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions to process and interpret data while maintaining data accuracy for accounting and audit needs.

From Sep 2018 to Jan 2023 at HCL Technologies Ltd, I built and maintained Pivot Tables to summarize large datasets, then performed data cleaning with TRIM and Remove Duplicates to improve reliability. I matched and consolidated data across multiple sheets using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, applied conditional formatting to highlight key trends and discrepancies, and used sorting and filtering to keep reporting efficient.

I also improved reporting accuracy by identifying and correcting formula errors and supporting the preparation of reports for accounting and audit purposes. Since March 2023 at Aarronand Robert Technical Services, I’ve continued processing and validating datasets using tools like Microsoft Excel and SAP (and proprietary HCL software), performing reconciliation between sheets, and supporting routine accounting/data entry with systematic checks and corrections.
