Oversee daily administrative operations for remote healthcare service delivery, including staff scheduling, performance tracking, and HR documentation in line with organisational policies. Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries and coordinate SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.

Provide expert advisory services on regulatory compliance, GDPR/data protection, and risk management. Conduct compliance audits and gap analyses, develop compliance frameworks, and train staff on regulatory obligations and data handling.

Supervise remote administrative staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team management. Manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee/payroll and compliance records aligned with UK employment law, and ensure service level agreements are met.

Lead the Mathematics Department by developing curriculum aligned with the Cambridge International framework and delivering lesson plans for secondary students. Mentor mathematics teachers, coordinate internal/external examinations, and use student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement interventions.

Assist the Principal with overall school management and administration, overseeing daily operations and staff recruitment, induction, and professional development. Manage student welfare, discipline, pastoral care, timetabling/examinations scheduling, and maintain school records including financial reports and statutory compliance documentation.

Earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics from Delta State University, Abraka (2007–2010).

Completed the FG-ALAT SME Cyber Security training/certification in 2024.

Completed a Cyber Security certification through TS Academy in 2026.

Completed a GDPR awareness certification online in 2023.
