What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead formulation development, scale-up, commercialization, and technology-transfer projects in crop protection, while building technical teams and delivering customer-focused, cost-competitive products.

I'm currently leading formulation R&D at Coromandel International, developing, scaling up, and commercializing crop protection formulations for domestic and export markets.

Across 17+ years in agrochemical formulation development, I've delivered WDG, SC, SE, WP, EC, FS, CS, and specialty formulations from laboratory development through plant validation and commercial production.

At Indofil Industries, I commercialized Tricyclazole 75% WP using approximately 22 MT of off-grade technical material and developed a reprocessing strategy for 12–13 MT of off-grade Thifluzamide 24% SC. I've also driven cost reduction through solvent, surfactant, and raw-material rationalization while maintaining product quality.

I lead cross-functional teams and customer-focused CDMO projects, support export registrations and patent initiatives, and use processing technologies including extrusion, milling, spray drying, fluidized-bed drying, homogenization, high-shear mixing, and blending.
