What I'm looking for
I’m a Creative Business graduate building momentum through community-first communication. I currently work as a Community Manager where I develop and refine content that supports clear brand messaging, stronger engagement, and better user experience.
At Artivive Gmbh, I contribute to website updates and content optimisation, creating copy and visual materials aligned with brand guidelines. I also develop, schedule, and manage targeted content across social and community platforms to keep messaging consistent and engagement high within the artist community.
Beyond publishing, I handle user inquiries through support channels and resolve technical or platform-related issues to protect customer experience. I also support product testing for new features by documenting bugs and usability insights and collaborating with the development team to improve platform performance.
Earlier, as a Community Management Intern, I strengthened my community engagement and analytics skills by managing social media interactions and analyzing community and social metrics to optimize content strategy. My customer-facing roles in retail further sharpened my organization, service mindset, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
