At Hweol S.A.R.L, I design and improve industrial machinery, including rotary valves, impact crusher screw feeders, hydraulic balers, and trommels. I use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop designs and prepare manufacturing drawings.
I follow designs from concept through construction and assembly on the factory floor, and collaborate with production and welding teams to support fabrication. I also optimize designs for efficiency, quality, and manufacturing standards.
For my Lebanese International University project, I designed a hybrid vertical-axis wind turbine with magnetic levitation. I performed CAD modeling, engineering calculations, and MATLAB simulations; the design was not manufactured.
