I’m a QA Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in manual testing, API testing, and defect reporting, focused on improving product quality before and after releases. I build clear test documentation and use practical quality risk thinking to help teams deliver more reliable outcomes.

In my current role (QA Test Engineer & Product Manager), I develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans to validate core product flows, usability, and business logic. I perform functional testing, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing, while partnering closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.

I also run API testing using Postman and Swagger to verify endpoint behavior, data flow, and system responses. I create thorough bug reports—including reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots—and review new designs before development to identify usability gaps, unclear flows, and early quality risks.

Previously, as a Junior QA Engineer, I reviewed requirements and technical documentation, prepared test environments, and executed manual test cases for web-based software products. I analyzed test results with development teams to improve quality and documentation processes, and I continue to value cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail as the foundation of my work.
