Karen Fusilli

I'm an RN Nurse Evaluator at Bayview–NY Medicaid Choice–Maximus, completing UAS assessments and supporting Medicaid Managed Long Term Care education. Previously at I Circle and Long Term Solutions, I completed UAS assessments, reassessments, and long-term care insurance assessments.

I've also managed assisted living and inpatient psychiatric care, including case management, documentation, staff training, medication management, intake assessments, and support for patients' social and emotional needs. My work includes experience in memory care, mental health, and New York Department of Health regulations.
