At Accenture, I focus on specialty insurance submissions across Aerospace and Property portfolios, working to improve risk mitigation and portfolio profitability. I handle NIGO (Not in Good Order) submissions, keep quality control and audit processes tight, and support regulatory compliance assurance.

Before that at EXL Service Pvt. Ltd., I ran end-to-end claims processing and policy endorsement workflows—customer address modifications, insurer name changes, and claim number assignments—while keeping to a strict 2-hour SLA. I also served as the main liaison between offshore and onshore teams using calls and chat platforms.

I’ve helped teams through leadership and knowledge transfer, and I’ve been recognized with Star of Business awards and a Spotlight Award for underwriting operations. I was also selected to design and deliver a global training initiative and supported RPA implementation to integrate bots with strong accuracy outcomes.
