What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply content-moderation and civil engineering skills in a collaborative, process-driven team, using CAD and Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and operational efficiency.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and have managed government road and building projects as a site in-charge, complemented by certifications in AutoCAD 2D, Revit Architecture and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). I bring practical site management experience and technical drawing skills to project delivery.

I have four years' experience as a content moderator working in English and Nepali, reviewing user-generated content, flagging inappropriate material and improving moderation processes, and I currently tutor science students (Class 10–12). I am detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on applying analytical problem-solving to improve quality and compliance.
