Kapil Balchandani

At the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, I managed research projects throughout their full lifecycle and delivered reports and data on time.

I analysed datasets with more than 18,000 data points and prepared structured reports to support decision-making.

I developed Standard Operating Procedures, identified workflow bottlenecks, and implemented process improvements to streamline operations.

I also coordinated stakeholders, collaborated with and supervised a team of 15+ members across projects, and supported procurement and vendor evaluation. I’m interested in business analysis and consulting-oriented roles.
