I am an education professional with over a decade of combined experience in teaching, IT lab instruction, and office accounting support.

I hold an MA in Education and completed a research thesis analyzing reasons for indiscipline in higher-education classrooms and recommending remedies.

I have worked as an office assistant in accounts, as an IT/lab instructor, and as a teacher at secondary and college levels; I also maintain strong computer skills in office software, accounting packages, graphics tools, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
