What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a project management role where I can apply Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to support organizational growth and success.

At InEight, I lead cross-functional teams delivering software products on time and within budget, managing the full project lifecycle through Agile and Scrum practices. I coordinate scope, requirements, risks, deliverables, and executive status reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

Previously at BCBSNE, I owned enterprise backlogs, improved high-dollar claim review processes, resolved claims operations issues, and supported teams using Azure DevOps. My background also includes customer service, claims operations, provider escalation support, and vehicle services management.
