I’m currently pursuing certification as a Medical Assistant through Penn Foster (Start-2025 End-2026, in progress), and I’m eager to bring my strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience into hands-on patient support. I’ve built a reliable foundation by working in busy, fast-paced environments where accuracy, organization, and calm communication matter most.

In my customer-facing roles, including work at Peter Piper Pizza, I handled high volumes of phone orders and inquiries, answered promptly, took accurate orders, and used the point-of-sale system to process payments and coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff. I resolved minor customer concerns professionally, stayed organized under pressure, and kept guest experiences positive through attentive multitasking. Now, I’m applying that same mindset to my Medical Assistant training—focused on patient care support (training in progress), medical terminology, vital signs measurement, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, along with patient privacy and accurate electronic documentation and record-keeping.
