I'm pursuing a General Business bachelor's degree at Lawrence Technological University while supporting daily university operations as a Student Assistant.

I organize documents, enter and maintain accurate records, conduct research, and help students, faculty, and staff through email, phone, and in-person communication. I manage multiple responsibilities, follow written procedures, and quickly learn new software and processes.

Through international trade, IT management, and entrepreneurship projects, I've researched markets and competitors, analyzed business information, created reports and spreadsheets, and coordinated project timelines. I've also led a team project by assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and maintaining organized documentation.

I'm comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision and bring attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and strong organizational skills to data entry, virtual assistant, research, and customer support work.
