At Lesfurets (BGL Group), I own end-to-end analysis for “Sort by Cover,” from experiment design and metric selection through results and product recommendations. My iterative A/B-test work supported a 2-percentage-point conversion increase.
I also build a dbt-to-Looker semantic layer from fragmented event data and create self-service dashboards and AI agents for analytics. Previously, at Carrier, I standardized NPS measurement across regions and automated data-quality controls, reducing manual processing time by 70%.
