Supported the point-of-care rollout of Realdrip, an IV fluid safety device, from ward introduction to day-to-day use. Trained clinical staff on correct set-up and safe use, and acted as first point of contact for clinical and product queries.

Assessed acute presentations across specialties in NHS secondary care, combining examination, results and imaging reports into clear management plans. Supervised and supported junior staff, giving feedback on clinical reasoning and documentation.
