As a Lead Accounting Consultant (Secondment – Annandale Health) ProviderCAS Minnesota, I support a USD 18M+ annual revenue healthcare provider with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, plus month-end and year-end close. I prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while maintaining general ledger integrity and US GAAP compliance.

Previously, I was Africa's Talking Ltd Group Financial Controller, overseeing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting across 10 African countries and managing month-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and annual audits. I strengthened cross-border financial controls and partnered on forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions to improve margin and efficiency.

Earlier, as a Finance & Tax Consultant at Viva Africa Consulting LLP, I led tax audits and reviews, built financial models for M&A and restructuring, and supported compliance across jurisdictions through IFRS and local tax requirements.
