At Burj Consulting, I run the finance function as Fractional CFO for a Toronto wellness studio managing a CAD 4M investment, owning its budget, cash flow plan, pricing, capacity forecast, and investor reporting from construction through first revenue. I also built the FY2026 budget for a US healthcare group and showed its leadership the revenue impact of a decline in membership renewals.
For clients and startups, I build financial models and investment materials that support planning, fundraising, and deal decisions. My work has included a EUR 60.7M Paris office acquisition model, a Quality of Earnings report for a South African acquisition, and a fund model for a $100M MedTech venture fund.
Earlier, at Remington Pharma, I prepared monthly budget-versus-actual and cash position reports. At Sentient Solutions, I built three-statement models and helped clients prepare for fundraising and due diligence; I also supported accounting and month-end close at Vapor VM.
