I'm building valuation models at Sofer Advisors for US-based companies, supporting 50+ independent engagements representing more than $1B in aggregate revenue. I use DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and net asset value approaches to produce management-ready P&L and cash flow analysis.

I've owned cross-border engagements end to end across M&A, strategic planning, SBA financing, estate planning, partner buyouts, litigation, and tax reporting. I also perform purchase price allocations and use RMA benchmarks to surface data inconsistencies before findings reach clients.

Previously, I supported a fast-scaling SaaS company as a fractional FP&A Associate, building ARR, burn-rate, runway, and budget-versus-actual models with the founding team. At Bank Alfalah, I launched a Digital Mutual Funds product that reached PKR 600 million in AUM within four months and grew 33% faster than anticipated.

Across finance, risk, and operations, I use advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI to automate recurring workflows, strengthen reporting, and help stakeholders act on clear financial insights.
