Kajal Kumari

I am a motivated nursing graduate with hands-on clinical experience and a strong interest in both patient care and healthcare management. I completed B.Sc Nursing at Sharda University and am pursuing M.Sc Nursing in Psychiatric Nursing.

During a nursing internship at Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida, I provided direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication assistance, and daily activity support, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans. I have participated in research assessing the effectiveness of an educational teaching programme for skill competency enhancement.

I bring clinical competency, hospital management awareness, and strong soft skills—time management, public speaking, active listening, and communication—and I am eager to apply leadership and organizational abilities to enhance patient outcomes and support healthcare teams.
