Kaitlyn Smith

I’m a recently certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with current AHA BLS certification, drawn to healthcare because I enjoy helping people and staying organized under pressure. I bring a readiness to support both clinical procedures and day-to-day administrative needs in a patient-first environment.

Before healthcare, I led operations as a General Manager for 10 years at a high-volume restaurant. I oversaw daily operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships, and I trained and developed employees to reduce turnover while improving service quality.

From 2023 to 2025, I also worked as a homemaker, managing household operations, budgeting, and scheduling while coordinating family activities and appointments and care for dependents. That work sharpened my multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, real-world setting.

I’m dedicated and adaptable—I learn quickly, communicate clearly, and handle competing priorities with calm efficiency. I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can apply patient care and clinical procedures alongside strong scheduling and administrative support to help the team run smoothly.
