As an Operations Analyst I, I manage operating costs and terminal budget monitoring, oversee procurement and supplier processes through SAP Ariba, and track operational KPIs using tools such as Power BI. I also temporarily coordinated barge unloading logistics to maintain operational continuity and meet terminal requirements.

Previously, I contributed to cost-reduction, expense-prevention, and revenue-generation projects that delivered results exceeding US$1 million. My work has included operational data analysis, payment and procurement support, logistics coordination, and continuous-improvement initiatives across terminal departments.
