I manage contractor recruiting operations and serve as the main contact between contractors and company teams, handling document collection, onboarding tasks, and creating work order profiles across multiple states. I respond promptly to contractor communications, make daily outreach calls, and maintain focus while working remotely.

Prior to recruiting, I led retail stores—overseeing payroll, hiring, scheduling, merchandising and team performance—and have hands-on experience in sales, customer service, front-desk and medical receptionist duties.
