For three years I led iOS at Astopia, a consumer subscription app with 1M+ users and a 4.7/5 rating across 9 storefronts. I owned the platform end to end: architecture, payments, release engineering and stability.
I reorganized a 211-file monolith into 18 feature-based modules (protocol-driven MVVM, dependency injection, registry-based navigation) and built the design-token and feed-composition layers behind the 2026 app-wide redesign. I owned the revenue stack behind 5,300 active subscriptions (StoreKit 2, RevenueCat, server-driven paywalls), built the WidgetKit target (9 widgets, a Live Activity) and the SSE streaming client behind the LLM chat product, and built the Fastlane + GitHub Actions pipeline behind 85+ App Store versions. I led the crash-stabilization program that took crash-free users from 73% to ~99%.
