At Teleperformance, I monitor and analyze security compliance data across high-volume operations, helping teams meet organizational policies and client-defined standards.

I use Advanced Excel—including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros—to clean large datasets, prepare compliance reports, and maintain dashboards for leadership and client review. I identify discrepancies and risk areas, escalate findings, and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and IT Security teams to close audit observations on time.

I also maintain accurate compliance checks, incident documentation, and audit trails that support internal and client audits.

My earlier apprenticeship at CSIR–CSIO built my hands-on foundation in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and instrumentation, complemented by embedded-systems training and security-focused projects including an automatic door lock and RFID attendance system.
