Jyothsna Kalepu

I’m a medical professional with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and hands-on experience in AI model training, clinical data annotation, and diagnostic evaluation. I combine clinical reasoning with medical content review to improve diagnostic accuracy, model performance, and data quality.

As an AI Intern (Dental) at Rayoscan AI Diagnostics, I annotate and label complex dental radiographic datasets (CBCT, OPG) to train AI models for automated diagnostic detection. I evaluate and validate AI outputs for clinical accuracy, consistency, and diagnostic relevance, and I perform QA on large-scale datasets to ensure high-quality ground truth.

Previously, as a General Dental Practitioner & Digital Dentistry Lead at Krishna Denta Cure, I delivered clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across 100+ monthly patient consultations. I applied evidence-based decision-making, analyzed patient data and outcomes, and designed digital workflows to improve clinical efficiency and turnaround time.

I also lead cross-functional collaboration with labs and healthcare stakeholders to enhance treatment accuracy and delivery, and I use data-driven clinical insights to identify improvement areas. Outside of clinical work, I conduct community oral health programs for 200+ individuals, coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives that reflect my leadership and communication strengths.
