At Nexer Group, I plan an automotive client's migration to a new data platform, from delivery phases and requirements workshops to functional specifications and data model designs. I defined KPIs and reporting standards used across the client organisation.
I'm moving the reporting platform to Snowflake, dbt and Matillion, covering source profiling, target mapping and SIT/UAT. I also lead a team of 3–5 BI developers and support self-service users through training and knowledge transfer.
Previously, at Accenture, I led SIT/UAT for a bank-to-bank data migration and designed data warehouse architectures integrating SAP, Salesforce and SharePoint data. At Alternis Consulting, I led a legacy CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics.
