What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production AI systems that move from data preparation and experimentation to scalable deployment, collaborating with product and research teams on practical LLM, RAG, and model-evaluation solutions.

At TurbineOne, I build enterprise generative AI platforms for customer-service automation, connecting transcript data, labeling, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production model infrastructure.

I built an RLHF pipeline for conversational AI that improved response accuracy by 25% and reduced escalations by 15%. I also created prompt engineering and automated evaluation frameworks across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini models.
