What I'm looking for

I’m looking to serve as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, continuous-improvement environment—coaching Agile/Scrum teams, applying Lean to remove waste, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable workflow and quality gains.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master with proven expertise in workflow optimization, cross-functional team coordination, and process improvement. I blend technical proficiency with project management capabilities to drive efficiency gains and deliver results in fast-paced production environments.

From requirements gathering through delivery, I manage project lifecycles end-to-end while partnering closely with stakeholders. My work focuses on reducing waste, optimizing workflows, and building high-performing teams through Agile/Scrum practices and Lean methodology.

In recent roles, I’ve coordinated concurrent custom cabinetry builds by translating customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans. I developed and maintained clear project documentation, facilitated communication across teams, and built onboarding/training materials that reduced ramp-up time and standardized quality.

I also bring hands-on manufacturing experience—running and programming CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints and tolerances, and supporting quality assurance through measurement and first-run verification.
