At NIKE European Headquarters, I lead the EMEA KitBuilder supply chain team and manage operations from order placement to delivery.
I negotiated and approved unit pricing and commercial terms with the manufacturing partner within the allocated budget. I also agreed production commitments of a 45-day maximum lead time and weekly capacity of 40,000 units.
I designed and implemented the EMEA KitBuilder supply chain operating model, defining responsibilities, processes and performance reviews. I coordinate supply priorities and delivery issues with the manufacturing partner and teams across Sourcing, Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics and Technology.
Earlier at NIKE, I managed supply chain execution for football partners and wholesale accounts, and reduced order cancellations from 8.0% to 4.5% through orderbook management and cross-functional follow-up. I bring a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
