At Ministry of Sound Group, I built an AI bank reconciliation engine in Python that combines rule-based matching with the Claude API and a learning loop. It achieved around 85% match accuracy across four months of bank data.
I also built a Claude-based remittance tool and Power BI reports, and set up Continia Document Capture templates and approval workflows. In my finance role, I process invoices, run payment runs, reconcile accounts and post month-end journals across multiple entities.
At QOS Production, I moved finance processes from manual records to Xero, reducing payment errors by 12% and saving four hours of admin a week. I also built an Excel tracker to monitor project progress and automate invoicing.
My projects include The Bread App, an AI budgeting app with Open Banking, and FinTiq, an AI finance helpdesk using a RAG knowledge base. I’m studying AAT Level 2 and am available on one month’s notice.
