I’m a Finance, Administration and Operations leader with 18+ years’ experience spanning aviation, insurance and impact investing, including roles as Head of Finance, CFO and Finance Manager. I focus on turning financial analysis into decision-ready insights for leadership and the Board.
In my current role as Head of Administration & Finance / Operations Manager, I built real-time multi-currency (KES/USD) cash reporting that gives same-day visibility into liquidity. I also develop board-level scenario models for aircraft acquisition and strengthen strategic funding decisions through financial modeling and executive summaries.
As CFO at adOpes Limited / adOpes Switzerland AG, I managed a USD 3M donor grant portfolio with full compliance and zero audit exceptions. I rebuilt accounting and internal control processes to align with IFRS and international good practice, and advised the Board on credit risk, structured arrangements, and mitigation strategy.
Earlier, at Jubilee Insurance and GA Insurance, I led treasury, credit control, reinsurance accounting, and internal controls—coaching teams and improving reporting quality for management, regulators and the Board.
