As a freelance worker, I did outsourced jobs like categorizing images for the galleries section of the Polka Dot Website, downloading reports, and uploading them to the website, transferring data form entries from one site to another, and monitoring CCTV footage.
Currently, I just ended my contract with VerifyMy as a content moderator.
What I care about the most is the happiness of customers after finishing the task given. I am an active listener and this helps me to know what the client wants and what are their goals. This skill also helps me to create a connection with the audience and with the people. I am highly organized, and consistently effective in my work. A healthy relationship between the client and the employee is very important to me.
