I also analyzed regulatory frameworks to define the reporting scope, including COREP, FINREP, Pillar 3, and Short-Term Exercises.
At NFQ Advisory, I managed the BPO migration of Santander US pre- and post-trade services, supporting operational continuity and risk mitigation. I established governance reporting lines and KRI tracking for senior management, and contributed to a reduction in SANCAP expenditures.
