I'm looking to lead social performance, stakeholder risk, land access, and resettlement work for complex mining, energy, or infrastructure projects, helping teams translate international standards into practical project outcomes.

I'm Deputy Project Director for INSUCO on First Quantum's La Granja copper project in Peru, providing leadership and senior technical oversight for social baselines, household census, asset inventory, and socioeconomic studies.

Across 16+ years in mining, energy, and infrastructure, I've led social risk, land access, resettlement, livelihood restoration, stakeholder engagement, and community investment across Latin America, Africa, and the United States.

At AngloGold Ashanti's Quebradona project, I increased stakeholder acceptance from 50% to 71% and reached 81% community confidence, supporting permitting and project advancement. I also led social performance and resettlement work across Gramalote and La Colosa, including feasibility and pre-feasibility inputs, community investment, and participatory planning.

I've led resettlement for 374 families at Enel's El Quimbo Hydroelectric Project and land access strategy for 253 artisanal miners at Aris Mining's Soto Norte project. I bring native Spanish and professional English to client-ready technical materials, executive presentations, and cross-functional project leadership.
