At NOMINEE, I identify and validate professionals against company requirements through competency-based interviews. I analyze their experience, languages, behavioral profile, salary expectations, and availability, then prepare executive reports and organize shortlists.
At EPUZZLE SCHOOL, I created an English methodology and learning materials for different ages and proficiency levels. I teach in-person and online classes and manage academic and administrative processes.
