I’m a Director of Corporate Accounting focused on financial integration, consolidation, and control-driven performance. At Golden State Warriors, LLC, I designed accounting processes for the Golden State Valkyries, led global accounting across 27 legal entities, and reduced the month-end close timeline from 45 days to 8 days through redesigned calendars, reconciliations, and standardized journal entry controls.

I also bring strong SEC reporting and systems implementation experience. At Cyngn, Inc., I orchestrated accounting entries for AP, payroll, prepaids, AR, revenue, and technical accounting, prepared 4 SEC filings (including 10-Qs and 1 10-K) with strict GAAP compliance, and implemented Younium (quote-to-cash), a new AP system, and FinOptimal automations for QuickBooks—reducing month-end close time by 40%.
