I compare month-end payment activity with Accounting reports, research discrepancies, and communicate findings for review and correction. I helped reduce long-outstanding accounts receivable through consistent follow-up, account research, and billing issue resolution.
I maintain membership census and physician-count reporting by reconciling Hint and Salesforce data, and I provide semi-monthly reports to leadership and physicians. I also participate in Hint Core’s Customer Advisory Board, sharing user feedback and testing new features.
