I deliver psychological first aid (PFA) and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) through in-person and remote channels, including virtual training and digital support sessions.

At International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Nigeria, I supported psychosocial programming across community-based activities—assessing needs in IDP camps, coordinating weekly parent/guardian forums and child protection committee sessions, and designing psycho-education and problem-solving group activities for GBV survivors and victims of trafficking.

With Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF OCA), I planned, supervised, and coordinated mental health services in a Benue SGBV/IDP project. I provided individual and group counselling, psycho-education, maintained confidentiality and program records, supported referral pathways, and supported trainings, clinical supervisions, and capacity building for counselors.

Earlier, as an adolescent counselor at an orphanage in Makurdi, I identified psychosocial needs, tracked MHPSS indicators, provided individual and group counseling, developed monitoring tools, and trained staff on psychological first aid.
