I’m a Healthcare Data Analyst with 17+ years of combined healthcare operations, education, and data analytics experience. I specialize in healthcare datasets, reporting, performance metrics, and cross-functional support that turn clinical and operational data into actionable insights for quality improvement.

I’ve worked across healthcare environments supporting datasets, dashboards, and reporting workflows, with hands-on experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I’m comfortable with data cleaning and validation, healthcare KPIs and quality metrics, and claims & utilization data (basic–intermediate).

In remote healthcare education support, I developed reports and dashboards to track outreach effectiveness and engagement metrics while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve data accuracy. Previously, I supported clinical operations and patient data handling, including documentation, EMR systems support, and compliance-focused record management.

I also bring an educator’s mindset—using student performance data to guide instruction and build progress tracking reports and performance dashboards. My background includes an M.S. in Health Data Analytics, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and a B.S. in Health Services Administration.
