What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead MEL systems automation—building CommCare/ODK tools, dashboards, and quality controls—while training field teams to turn data into timely, actionable decisions for impact projects.

I’m a results-driven MEL Systems Specialist focused on data management, digital data collection, and MEL systems automation. I design and deploy logic-driven tools with automated validation, real-time dashboards, and integrated reporting to strengthen project monitoring and decision-making.

In my current role, I build custom CommCare and Kobo Toolbox applications and forms (with hidden values, repeat groups, calculations, and validation rules), configure dashboards and reports, and train field and M&E teams to use them confidently. Earlier, I supported ERP solutions (Microsoft NAV, D365, and Business Central) and provided ICT systems support, which sharpened my troubleshooting, user training, and documentation approach.
