Juan Sebastian Garzon Bonilla

I am a well-rounded, proactive civil engineer with hands-on experience in construction management and processes. I’m observant, analytical, creative, and innovative, and I’m highly committed to achieving objectives and goals through strong leadership and teamwork.

In my roles as Site Inspector and Construction Advisor, I provide technical supervision of construction activities, technical support for remodeling and expansion projects, and quality control of materials and processes. I also support budget follow-up and deliver technical advisory to keep projects aligned with requirements and performance expectations.

More recently, as Site Supervisor and Resident engineer for three buildings, I strengthen on-site personal coordination while monitoring schedules and quality. I focus on ensuring consistent execution by controlling materials and processes throughout the construction phase.

I am interested in applying my technical training in construction, project management, and the automotive-commercial sector. I bring assertive communication, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal relationships to help teams deliver safe, well-managed work with measurable results.
