I currently advise within Colombia’s national environmental licensing authority (ANLA) in Bogotá. I co-authored institutional guidelines on environmental compensatory measures for environmental sanctioning processes and lead Escazú Agreement implementation within the Legal Advisory Office.

I also compile and analyze digital data on active environmental sanctioning processes, including non-compliance rates with ordered compensation plans, to support regulatory decision-making. Before ANLA, I advised from Australia on environmental and agroindustrial regulatory materials, contracts, governance, documentation, and legal risk.

From Green Shepherd Australia, I co-founded and led compliance, managing importation and distribution of Schedule 8 products through an online, platform-based model with a clean compliance record and no TGA sanctions. I evaluated product documentation, certificates of analysis, regulatory requirements, and supplier claims for consistency, accuracy, and risk.

Alongside that, I’m expanding into AI governance and policy through completed coursework and certifications, mapping EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 into compliance-aware AI data evaluation for LLM response evaluation and Spanish/English labeling and quality review, including audio transcription/diarization QA.
