I'm currently a Security Analyst II at UserTesting Singapore, contributing to enterprise security operations through monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, phishing response, and security awareness training.

Previously at PayMaya, I conducted deep-dive incident investigations, correlated telemetry across data sources, assessed system and data compromise, and provided remediation guidance in a highly regulated fintech environment. I also led DLP alert investigations and supported advanced detection use cases.

At Crawford & Company and Smart Communications, I monitored emerging threats, triaged security events, coordinated remediation, supported incident recovery, and prepared security reporting for management.

With over eight years in incident response and security operations across fintech, telecommunications, and SaaS, I bring hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, cloud security, and enterprise security programs. I'm CISSP-certified and also hold CCSK, Swimlane SOAR, AWS Solutions Architect, AlienVault, and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
