Joylyne Koech

I’m a dedicated Critical Care/ICU Nurse with experience across ICU, medical-surgical, maternity, and outpatient care. I bring strong clinical readiness for high-acuity situations, with a clear focus on safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

In my most recent roles, I’ve worked as an RN Locum at AAR Healthcare (Nov 2021–Present) and as a Critical Care Nurse at Cana Hospital (Dec 2025–May 2026). Earlier, I served as a Registered Nurse at Mediheal Group (2019–2021), strengthening my foundations in comprehensive nursing care.

I’m skilled in ventilator management, emergency response, infection prevention, and patient assessment, and I apply evidence-based nursing care to guide everyday decisions at the bedside. I also prioritize effective communication and multidisciplinary care to support coordinated treatment plans.

My training includes a Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from Amref International University and KRCHN from KMTC Murang’a Campus. I’m motivated by the responsibility of critical care—staying calm under pressure, collaborating closely with teams, and delivering compassionate care to every patient.
