For my thesis at Premier University, Chattogram, I built a multi-model NLP pipeline to classify airline feedback as positive, neutral, or negative. I compared LightGBM, Random Forest, and XGBoost, with LightGBM achieving the best F1-score after hyperparameter tuning.
